At Tea Olive Collective, I want you to feel fully informed and confident at every step of this process, which is why your fee covers a completely tailored, end-to-end clinical experience. Below, you will find a clear overview of estimated cost ranges, structured payment milestones, and guidance on navigating out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Insurance and Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Tea Olive Collective operates as an out-of-network practice, meaning I do not file claims directly with insurance companies. Instead, I equip you with a detailed document called a Superbill, which you can submit to your provider to pursue potential reimbursement.
Verify Your Benefits First: Many policies mandate approval prior to face-to-face testing. I highly recommend contacting your insurance carrier ahead of time to confirm your plan's specific requirements.
Documentation Assistance: Should your provider request specialized intake forms or prior authorization paperwork, simply notify me. I am happy to help you complete and organize these documents.
Required Billing Details: To make the reimbursement process smoother, I supply a Welcome Packet and a Good Faith Estimate before face-to-face testing. These pieces include all necessary administrative markers: clinical CPT codes, my provider NPI, EIN numbers, and diagnostic codes.
Tea Olive Evaluation Investment Structure
Every assessment is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, taking into consideration their unique strengths, needs, history, and goals. Because each person’s story is different, the scope and investment of an evaluation may vary.
Clinical Hourly Fee: $175
General Pricing Scope: $1,800 – $3,000
Typical Client Investment: $2,000 – $2,750
Follow-Up Appraisals: If you are an established client returning to Tea Olive Collective for updated testing, reevaluations are structured under a modified fee scale.
Investment Milestones
A psychoeducational evaluation is an investment in understanding. By taking the time to explore how an individual learns, thinks, and experiences the world, families and educators gain meaningful insight to guide supportive, individualized next steps. Because every evaluation is unique, fees are structured in three clear phases to make the process more manageable:
The Commitment Milestone: A $200 non-refundable retainer secures your place on my calendar and is deducted from your overall balance.
The Testing Milestone: Fifty percent of your remaining balance is processed before we begin our in-person testing sessions.
The Feedback Milestone: The final remaining balance is settled 24 hours prior to our virtual insight session.
Additional Professional Services
In addition to formal psychoeducational evaluations, I provide specialized consultation and professional development services through Tea Olive Collective.
Professional Consultation: For clinical case consultations, school meetings, or targeted guidance, the investment is structured at my standard hourly rate of $150 per hour.
Professional Development & Workshops: I design customized presentations, school training sessions, and educational workshops tailored to your organization's unique goals. Because these services vary greatly in scope, preparation, and duration, the investment is determined on a project-by-project basis.
